Accounts Receivable Clerk
We are looking for an entry level accounts receivable clerk. They will not be doing high level accounting functions, but we are looking for someone who is good with numbers and working with customers. In addition, candidates will need to have good organizational skills, an eye for detail, and be proficient at math and arithmetic. Experience with an ERP system like SAGE is a plus.
List of Duties:
o
Daily invoicing of shipped orders
o
Daily posting of checks and credit card receipts
o
Taking credit card payments and depositing checks
o
Collection calls and emails to customers; following up on past due invoices
o
Sending statements to customers
o
In addition, candidates may be cross trained in accounts payable tasks
Schedule
o
8:30am to 5pm with a ½ hour lunch
