Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the company’s accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable.
Utilize QuickBooks and Quickbase for accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Collaborate with financing companies to facilitate payment processes and manage financial accounts.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Conduct regular audits of financial data and prepare for external audits as needed.
