Accounting Assistant needed for a construction company.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Creating spreadsheets.
2. Work on AP/AR.
3. Printing checks.
4. Contractor balance sheet, payroll prep, bonuses, and commissions.
5. Bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
1. Experience working in a construction company.
2. Computer savvy.
3. Strong organizational and management skills.
4. Experience with payroll.
5. Experience working with subcontractors.
6. Proficient with QuickBooks.
7. Strong knowledge of numbers & Excel.
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour depending on experience.
