Job requirements:
Date Entry
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll
Familiar with Peachtree
Bank reconciliations end of the month report
Balance checkbook
Generate reports for quarterly and year-end Tax Preparation
Local Business tax and licenses and other tax related issues
Able to operate a computer
Familiar with Peach-Tree
Must be organized, detailed and have the ability to Multitask
Good follow up skills
Mature, responsible, reliable and eager to learn.
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH (READ, WRITE)
Skills Required:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
2. Must have good communication skills verbal and written
