This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a mission-driven organization that supports the aging, injured, and developmentally disabled. WHAT YOU WILL DO:As the HR Director, you'll serve as a key partner to senior leadership and oversee a team of HR Business Partners. You’ll align HR strategies with business objectives, champion talent development, and ensure compliance with all employment regulations.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with operations leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.Leading and developing core HR functions such as compensation, talent acquisition, development, and employee relations.Coaching and developing HR team members.Using data-driven insights to support strategic workforce planning and retention.Promoting a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.Serving as an advisor on HR policies, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
