What you’ll do as an Internet Salesperson:
Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries
Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person
