With Northrop Grumman, you’ll have the opportunity to be an essential part of projects that will define your career, now and in the future.Job Description:Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), F-35 Sustainment HPSI Operating Unit, has an opening for a Principal Management Analyst ( Aviation Administration) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will be assigned as a Principal Management Analyst supporting F-35 organizational maintenance at NAS Lemoore. Your Mission will be to support O-Level maintenance on F-35 aircraft.Your duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Possess in depth knowledge and experience with F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
Performs daily tasking utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Customer Relations Management (CRM), Electronic Equipment Log (EEL) Viewer, Maintenance Management Production Asset Inspection Requirements (MMPAIRS), and Squadron Health Management (SHM).
Creating ALIS/CMMS/CRM/SCM/TMS Accounts.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to build maintenance work orders against aircraft and track via Job Control Numbers (JCNs).
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to write Action Requests (ARs) against ALIS/Parts/Aircraft, screen for issues or update the ALIS Database for new parts, resolving unknown serial numbers, request information on Maintenance Deviation Repairs (MDR).
Utilize Joint-Service Technical Data (JTD) to research part information based on Spec PN/VPN and Cage Code, track any weight and balance changes to the aircraft and ensure AWBS information is relayed to the owning unit.
Responsible for aircraft, and engine/component accounting procedures, continual upkeep, maintain accuracy of the F-35 Aircraft Electronic Logbook of associated EELs in accordance with Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
Utilize ALIS to create Field Surveys (FSs) post aircraft maintenance Inspections.
Troubleshoot EEL, INCON, and HOLE ALERTs in CMMS.
Experience working with local DQIM/ALIS DBA representative.
Track and Push PAIRS against an aircraft using MMPAIRS, build solution sets and create Maintenance Actions using LCNS.
Screen aircraft, parts, and track applicable time compliance technical directive (TCTD).
Candidate will manage multiple maintenance disciplines in an integrated workforce environment that consists of Military, Northrop Grumman and Industry Partners.
Experience training and supervising a diverse workforce.
Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
Able to meet the physical demands of this position, including: regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.
NGSkillsBasic Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 10 years of applied experience. Will consider a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of aircraft maintenance administrative experience as either a technician, or in a maintenance/production control facet; or, 4 years of experience with a master's degree. Or an associate's degree and 8 years of applied experience.
Must have an Active Secret Clearance or higher (US Citizenship required), ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.
Previous maintenance or production planning experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
8 Years of F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Administrative Experience (USMC MOS-6046), (USN Rate-AZ).
In-depth F-35 ALIS / Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (SHARP) experience.
Previous F-35 Aviation Maintenance Administrative Specialist / Maintenance Control Experience.
Salary Range: $77,000 - $115,400The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
