Description Jackie Meza with Robert Half is currently recruiting for a full cycle accounts payable clerk. In this role you will work closely with leadership to process invoices and assist with other clerical support as needed including contracts. Contact Jackie Meza for additional information 209.227.6563 Responsibilities Efficiently process invoices and maintain an accurate record of transactions. Conduct account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate. Efficiently handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner. Regularly execute check runs to maintain a steady cash flow and prevent any financial discrepancies. Accurately code invoices to ensure they align with the correct accounts. Carry out data entry tasks to input financial information into our database. Use Microsoft Excel to organize financial data and generate reports. Oversee invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are paid promptly and accurately.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field within the Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all transactions are accurate and consistent. Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP), managing all outgoing payments. Ability to conduct Check Runs, ensuring all checks are issued and recorded properly. Skilled in Coding Invoices, accurately assigning costs to the correct accounts. Strong Data Entry skills, ensuring all financial information is inputted accurately and efficiently. Proficiency in Invoice Processing, accurately and timely processing of all invoices. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and managing spreadsheets, as well as analyzing data.
