Description We are offering a position in the healthcare industry situated in La Quinta, California, 92253, United States. This role primarily focuses on providing exceptional customer service and support. The successful candidate will be a key player in our client interaction, order entry, and issue resolution processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients. Responsibilities: Engage with clients through different channels (phone, email, chat) to understand their needs and offer assistance Accurately process and manage orders received from clients, ensuring meticulous data entry and adherence to established protocols Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or escalations efficiently, maintaining a positive customer relationship Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products/services offered to provide informed recommendations and assistance to clients Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback using appropriate systems and tools Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional service delivery Proactively identify areas for process improvement, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance customer experience strategies and operational efficiencies Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the Healthcare/NHS industry Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently Demonstrated ability in sales and post-sales support Ability to provide accurate and competitive quotations to customers Experience in managing service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction Proficiency in computer data entry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Knowledge of healthcare/NHS industry standards and regulations Commitment to continual learning and improvement in the field of customer service.
