- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan for hiring success
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and use this understanding to be a true partner to our business leaders
- Build and leverage a variety of recruiting channels and source qualified candidates
- Pre-screen candidates, providing hiring leaders with in-depth and quality feedback on candidates
- Ensure every candidate, regardless of decision, is provided with a stellar candidate experience
- Manage communication with candidates all the way through hire
- Set hiring goals and meet both individual and system level goals
- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
- Collaborate with other TA team members and Marketing on Employment Branding goals
- Research, attend, and promote attendance of relevant conferences, meetings, and networking sessions to market the company employment brand and open positions
- Drive and achieve excellent candidate experiences through every touch point in the recruiting process, regardless of outcome
- 3+ years’ experience as an In-house Recruiter
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in Staffing a plus
- 2+ years recruiting for technical roles within a software organization
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Expert at developing trust at speed and establishing connections with people from a variety of backgrounds and business levels
- Strong technical acumen and understand the language of software engineering
- Sourcing from multiple channels and being on the forefront of new potential channels
- Expert at recruiting tools and technologies
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HR systems and digital tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
