- Act as primary escalation point for analysis and troubleshooting of user environment and provide solutions and workaround for application issues
- Create support solutions, automation, tools, and scripts
- Utilize monitoring tools and internal data to maintain performance baseline
- Facilitate the company’s effort in moving IT infrastructure to Azure Cloud
- Report on and document problems of all supported systems
- 7+ years of systems engineering and administration experience
- Windows architecture, Active Directory, Windows Servers, IIS, GPO, Exchange, Office 365, WebEx
- Experience being in a on call rotation
- Knowledge of ITIL and working within ticketing systems
