Consolidate monthly financial results of all legal entities, including review for U.S. GAAP compliance, analyze financial results, and report results and conclusions to senior management.
Lead the global consolidation close process and support of regions.
Responsible for key internal financial reports including regional and consolidated financial results (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow), Executive Financial Summary and quarterly earnings package in support of Earnings Release (all but sales); including global analysis of gross profit and foreign exchange movements.
Plan and direct global finance project activities (focused on process improvements) with the accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the business while leveraging expanded experience within established schedule, scope and quality objectives.
Designated global lead/SME for providing guidance and support on appropriate accounting areas in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policy. In addition, serving as a key resource for continuous improvement opportunities such as accounting process change, system upgrades and implementations, etc.
Perform detailed analysis of complex account balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP as part of the overall accounting close process.
Take a lead role in the maintenance of Sarbanes Oxley cycle narratives within area of responsibility and accurately present key controls within each narrative. Ensure all SOX key controls are appropriately completed within area of responsibility. Establish audit worthy evidence and documentation to ensure no significant audit deficiencies are identified by internal and/or external audit
Prepare and/or detail review fluctuation analysis for quarterly and annual audits for the purpose of presenting rationale and closing open issues with external auditors
Identify accounting process and system deficiencies, recommend process improvements to provide timely, accurate and useful information to ensure accurate financial reporting, and may also partner with both internal and external groups to drive required changes
Develop, maintain and update desk procedures documentation as processes change for efficiency
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
A minimum of ten years (or eight years with a Masters) of public accounting and related work experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Manager level experience at a public accounting firm
Big 4 public accounting or Tier 2 public accounting experience
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, database tools (e.g., Tableau), financial systems, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, OneStream)
System implementation experience
Proven successful project management skills
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
