Onboarding Specialist (Home Care) Requirements:At least 18 years old.1+ years of experience in recruiting, training, or onboarding roles, particularly within healthcareEffective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to listen attentively, follow instructions, and meet outlined goals.Interest in talent development and training, with a preference for prior experience in training, especially in healthcare.College degree preferred.
