What You'll Be Doing 
As our ECM Intake Specialist, you’ll be a key player in helping us onboard clients into programs that change lives. Here’s a peek at your day-to-day: Master the Care Partners brand and service offerings. Become an expert in California’s Medi-Cal programs like CalAIM and ECM. Use your expertise to educate prospective clients and qualify them for services. Partner with community organizations and field inquiries about our programs. Ensure seamless onboarding for eligible clients by handling screenings, authorizations, and scheduling. Work closely with Lead Care Managers to guarantee a smooth handoff and successful start/end of services. Field inbound/outbound calls. Maintain impeccable records and contribute to growth by tracking call volume and outreach efforts, and other duties as assigned. Ability to maintain confidentiality about client services and care.
