HR Coordinator

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Irvine, California. The primary function of this role is to provide support for the coordination and onboarding of the contingent workforce. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Irvine.Responsibilities: Support the onboarding process of the contingent workforce Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding Ensure all compliance and pre-onboarding checks are completed accurately Maintain detailed records of the onboarding process Use various software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for HR functions Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of records Communicate effectively with new members and internal teams Manage background checks and other benefit functions as needed Uphold a high level of detail orientation throughout all processes. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Skilled in using ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software Ability to use 'About Time' software efficiently Proven experience in conducting audits Demonstrated competence in executing background checks Understanding and managing various benefit functions Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
