Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Telephony Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contact center telephony support, preferably in the Mortgage industry. As a Genesys Cloud Telephony Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our telephony infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication for our organization. This candidate will design, configure, implement, and lead the telephony infrastructure strategies and solutions. Additionally, you will perform installation, configuration, and operational support and maintenance of enterprise telephony systems. 6+ years of technical experience within Telephony, Communications, and Infrastructure, working as an engineer or architect

  Expertise in contact center telephony support, preferably in the Mortgage Industry.

  Experience supporting Genesys Cloud Telephony Systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.

  Proficiency in operations management of Windows server environments.

  Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, IIS, GPOs, and Windows Scripting).

  Expertise with Azure, O365, and Exchange Online
