Job Title: CNC Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionPerform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on CNC equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance. Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Provide training and support to machine operators on proper use and maintenance of CNC equipment.Responsibilities

Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC maintenance or a related field preferred.
