Job Title: Production OperatorJob DescriptionThis position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices, primarily in a clean room environment. This role includes the formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, the production of medical devices using microscopes, and the operation of various equipment and machinery.Responsibilities
Operating machinery to produce medical devices that meet specifications.
Following manufacturing instructions and accurately updating relevant job documentation for traceability.
Preparing products for packing and sterilization.
Inspecting products using a microscope.
Ensuring all activities comply with GMPs.
Setting up coating machines and performing coating, inspection, and folding of balloon catheters.
Preparing excipient formulations and spray coating formulations, and testing formulations.
Packaging sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.
Identifying supplies that need replenishment.
Building components needed for top-level work orders.
Completing cleaning activities as required.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in English (medium level).
Experience with microscope inspection.
Willingness to work overtime.
Comfort working with chemicals.
Good hand/eye dexterity and detail-oriented.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
Fluency in English.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer software packages.
Ability to communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to the manufacturing supervisor and management.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent education.
2 to 3 years of experience in the medical device industry.
Experience with cleanroom/gowning and de-gowning processes.
Experience in pharmaceutical/coating for coating positions.
