Position: Rough Carpenter
Salary: $19-24 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Remove and replace fascia, rafter tails, patio covers, window trim, and other carpentry elements.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install rough carpentry materials with precision and accuracy.
Read reports and diagrams to understand how and what needs to be done at each job
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Ensure all work is performed with safety standards and regulations in mind.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Rough Carpenter
Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
Solid understanding of construction and carpentry techniques.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
