We are seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment in optimal condition. The Preventative Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of tasks related to commercial buildings, interior / exterior office painting & repairs, mechanical knowledge, facilities maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, annual HVAC maintenance services, HVAC repairs, potential roof repairs / maintenance, and annual concrete pavement cleaning.
Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on commercial buildings, machinery, equipment
- Perform painting tasks as needed
- Annual HVAC maintenance services
- Oversee the operation of logic controllers
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership skills to effectively lead a maintenance team
