As a Bolted Storage Tank Installer, you’ll be responsible for assembling, erecting, and maintaining bolted steel tanks at various project sites. This role requires year-long nationwide travel and working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. You will work closely with a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assemble and install bolted storage tanks according to blueprints and technical drawings.
-Ensure the proper alignment, sealing, and bolting of tank panels.
-Operate construction tools and equipment safely.
-Work with a team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
-Maintain safety protocols and follow company safety guidelines at all times.
-Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot installation issues as needed.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in construction, metal fabrication, or steel erection is preferred.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
-Willingness to travel extensively and work at remote job sites.
-Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
-Ability to pass background checks and random drug screenings.
-Safety certifications (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) are a plus.
