Project Work in Ontario
We are looking for an individual who has reliable transportation, honest, trustworthy, a good communicator and takes pride in their work.

Daily responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will vary greatly depending on the property, the type of project and task which need to be performed. So, you must be flexible, well rounded in the required tasks and prepare in advance the required tools needed for the next day.
Your core duties include but may not be limited to:
Demolition, rough carpentry, drywall, finish carpentry You may be asked to read drawings.
Minimum Tools required:
Hammer, mold release tool (cats claw), impact gun, drill, screw drivers, air compressor, various nail guns, tape measure, framing square, Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Safety Glasses, Gloves.
Work Hours:
Typical work hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM
Education:
High School Diploma or higher.
Certification in a trade such as drywaller, laborer, carpenter is desirable.
Experience:
At least 7 years in various trades is a plus. Certification in the trade is desirable.
License:
A Class C Driver's License with a Clean record is required. No outstanding warrants.
Must have reliable transportation.
Veteran preference
A drug test and background check may be performed.
This is a Project-based, Hourly, As-Needed, "At-Will" position. We pay weekly.
