Are you a seasoned Framing Project Manager looking for a place where your expertise in construction meets a team that's committed to excellence? We are an employee-owned company that is expanding and we want YOU to be a part of our growing family!

What We Do:

We specialize in residential and multifamily framing projects. With a blend of experienced professionals and younger talent, our team is focused on delivering the highest standards in every frame we raise. We’re looking for a Framing Project Manager to help us execute successful projects while working alongside our dynamic, collaborative crew!

What’s in it for YOU?

Employee-Owned: As an ESOP company, you’re not just an employee—you’re an owner!

Work-Life Balance: Vacation starts at 1 week (Year 1-4) and grows to 3 weeks after 10 years!

Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% company match, and more!

Room to Grow: Whether you're entry-level or seasoned, we value experience, dedication, and the willingness to learn.

A Great Team: 40 in-office staff + 1400 field staff = a blend of perspectives, age, and experience to keep things fresh and innovative.

Be Part of Something Bigger: As an employee-owner, you'll contribute directly to the success and growth of the company.

The Role:

As a Framing Project Manager, you will oversee and lead framing projects from concept to completion—and make sure everything is built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. No day is the same, but every day offers a new challenge to showcase your leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Projects: Guide framing projects through all stages, ensuring work is completed with precision and efficiency.

Manage Teams: Supervise framing crews and subcontractors, keeping everyone aligned and motivated.

Budget & Schedule Mastery: Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines to ensure everything stays on track.

Client Relationships: Be the face of the project, ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.

Stay Compliant: Ensure projects comply with local building codes and safety regulations.

Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and take proactive steps to mitigate delays and risks.

Technical Oversight: Review and interpret architectural plans using tools like AutoCAD and Vertex to ensure all framing details are spot on.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of experience in framing or construction project management. (We get it—framing talent is hard to find, but if you’ve got translatable experience, we want to talk!)

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Vertex: You know how to navigate these tools to review, plan, and execute project specs.

Leadership: Your ability to lead teams and keep everyone moving toward a common goal is what will set you apart.

Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

Problem-Solving Ability: You’re the go-to person when things get tough, and you thrive in fast-paced environments.

Attention to Detail: Every beam, every nail—nothing gets overlooked.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Type IIIA and VA wood framing systems.

Familiarity with local building codes and best practices.

A collaborative mindset—being able to work well with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals is key.

Does this sound like your dream job? Apply today and let’s build something incredible together! We’re looking for someone who’s self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a growing, employee-owned company.
