We’re seeking a certified, compassionate, and reliable group fitness instructor to lead evidence-based strength and mobility classes for active older adults.
These are not “gym workouts” — they’re lifestyle-enhancing sessions designed to build functional strength, balance, and independence using resistance bands, sandbag weights, and chair-supported movement.
✅ What You’ll Do
Lead engaging small-group sessions (10–15 participants)
Use safe, progressive movements with bands, sand weights, and chairs
Adapt for varying mobility and ability levels
Foster a warm, supportive group environment
Encourage measurable, confidence-building physical improvements
