Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes across various departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets, with a proven ability to turn data into meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies.
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by managing and organizing large datasets from multiple sources.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and deliver timely insights.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, data quality enhancements, and automation of reporting tasks.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and data integration.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
