Transform Power is looking for a new salesman/woman! Looking for someone who has at least 3 years of experience with HIS license. Pay will be commission based. Need to be able to sign up 2 jobs per week in the Temecula valley.
We are a small, but growing company and need someone self-motivated who can direct all sales. Need to be comfortable making cold calls, knocking doors, and helping to organize marketing campaigns for social media and mailers.
If you’re looking for a get rich scheme or to join the 7-figure club this is not for you. We are looking for someone who wants to work with a good team for good pay.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrate proficiency in software tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Engage in door-to-door sales efforts to promote products/services
- Specialize in solar sales and educate customers on energy-efficient solutions
- Employ technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
Requirements:
- Proven experience in solar sales
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in sales-related software applications
- Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques
- Ability to understand and convey technical product information effectively
About Transform Power: We are a licensed electrical contractor and have been installing solar for over 6 years in the Temecula valley. Quality and customer service come first. Our motto is “treat everyone like family.” This applies to customers and staff. We don’t sub contract to other installers so you never need to worry about poor quality or jobs falling out. We have the same crew on every job. Currently all business is referral based. We only sell purchases, no PPA or leases.
