Employment Type: Full-time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)

Compensation: Competitive base salary + Commission

Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Salesperson/Telemarketer to join our team in Chino Hills, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our legal services, and scheduling consultations. You will play a crucial role in closing deals during consultation meetings and guiding clients towards the best solutions for their legal needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for building contracts for clients to sign as part of the onboarding process. This position is perfect for someone who is driven, bilingual in Spanish and English, and eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our legal services and identify their needs.

Lead Generation: Qualify leads through effective communication, build rapport, and schedule consultations for legal cases such as solar panel disputes, home improvement issues, and consumer rights violations.

Follow-Up: Maintain contact with potential and current clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and nurture relationships.

Consultation Scheduling: Book appointments for clients with our legal team via our scheduling system, ensuring clients are connected with the right legal professionals.

Client Support: Assist clients in understanding our services and legal offerings, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, leads, and prospects in our CRM system.

Document Management: Once legal services are closed, scan and send necessary client documents to the legal team for them to begin work on the case.

Qualifications:

Bilingual Required: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory to accommodate our diverse client base.

Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain legal services clearly and persuasively to a non-legal audience.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM systems and telecommunication technologies is essential. Additionally, candidates must be able to scan and send client documents to the legal team once a sale is closed, ensuring that the case can move forward promptly.

Results-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping clients while achieving personal and team success.

Empathy and Patience: Ability to handle sensitive topics with compassion, guiding clients through stressful situations with a calm and reassuring demeanor.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Chino Hills, CA (On-site)
