Job Summary: We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Product/Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company during one of the most exciting moments for our customers—the delivery of their new vehicle. You’ll be responsible for explaining key car features, ensuring customers are comfortable and confident with their new purchase, and delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide thorough walkthroughs of vehicle features, settings, and technologies.
· Answer any product-related questions with confidence and clarity.
· Ensure all required delivery documentation is completed accurately.
· Assist customers with initial vehicle setup, including phone pairing, navigation, and driver assistance settings.
· Maintain a strong understanding of all current vehicle models, trims, and technology packages.
· Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer handoffs.
· Deliver vehicles to customers at their home or preferred location in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
· Must be 19 years or older
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
· Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
· Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
