We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing risk management solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an in-depth understanding of personal lines insurance products, and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and operations through comprehensive insurance coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
While we have processes in place to help generate new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts is also required.
Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs including but not limited to homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their personal and family insurance needs
Create and present comprehensive insurance proposals and quotations to potential clients, clearly explaining policy terms, conditions, and pricing.
Review current policy renewals to look for potential cross-sell opportunities and potential gaps in coverage.
Communicate with clients regarding increased renewal premiums while looking for potential savings during coverage reviews and remarket to different carriers as necessary.
Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations that may affect their insurance needs.
