Now, I'm embarking on a new journey with a different aim. This time, I no longer aim to leave what I build; I seek complete ownership. I’m looking to build one last time for myself, establishing a legacy and breaking generational cycles not just for my family, but also for my clients and for my agents' families. Since its inception as a new broker dealer in February, I've already recruited and grown a team of 15 licensed agents, with more on the way. I thrive on building teams and nurturing talent.
