Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a P&C Producer at John Franklin Insurance Agency, Inc., a Farmers Agency, located in Corona, CA. The P&C Producer will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and identifying potential clients, performing needs assessments, presenting insurance products, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the P&C Producer will ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
Spanish speaking preferred
Strong experience in sales and business development
Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to perform needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable
Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
