About the Role:
EXP Fulfillment is hiring a confident, professional field sales rep to grow our logistics business in NYC. You’ll walk into offices, introduce our 3PL warehousing solutions, and build relationships with real decision-makers in industries like e-commerce, importing, and retail.
This is not a desk job — you’ll be face-to-face daily, pitching our services and building your own client book.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Walk into NYC businesses (mostly Manhattan)
Pitch our warehousing and fulfillment services (NJ & CA-based warehouses)
Book meetings, follow up, and close accounts
Use our support materials (sales decks, case studies, CRM access)
Attend local trade shows and networking events
Work independently and be accountable for results
What We’re Looking For:
Based in NYC and able to travel to offices daily
2+ years of B2B field sales experience
Confident, professional, and strong closer
No fear walking into offices or picking up the phone
Bonus: Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fulfillment
Bilingual is a plus
Compensation:
Start on 10% commission from client’s first full billing month
After 3 closed deals: $35/hr base pay (up to 20 hrs/week) + commissions
First Deal Bonus: $500 if you close within 30 days
Realistic Earnings: $2,000–$5,000/month if you’re closing consistently
Flexible hours, results-based — not micromanaged
