Overview:
R&B Auto Center, a family owned and operated auto dealership, is looking for experienced sales people to join our sales department. Top commission paid with rotating weekends off.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with at least 2 years of auto sales experience. Being bilingual will be a major plus in this position, but it is not a requirement.
Duties will include:
-Greeting all customers
-Assisting customers with vehicle selection
-Explaining characteristics and features of the vehicles and being able to compare and contrast between competitive models
-Taking test drives
-Properly explaining value-added products and optional contracts that are available for purchase
-Negotiating the sale
-Reading through and signing all contracts with the customer to ensure a proper understanding and smooth buying experience
-Willing to assist finance in collecting any stips needed for financing
-Assisting in maintaining a positive customer experience
-Complying with applicable laws and regulations
