Maintain product listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Previous experience in eCommerce, particularly in the furniture industry, is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order processing.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent customer service skills through various eCommerce platforms such as Wayfair and Overstock.
Efficiently handle returns and replacements.
Must Speak/Write fluent Mandarin (simplified chinese) and English – need to communicate with Overseas team efficiently.
Work schedule Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:30pm) In Office ( No Remote) - someone who lives in close proximity to City of Fontana – We will train.
