Business Development / Sales – 3PL Fulfillment (Must Have Experience)

Location: On-site in Corona, CA

Pay: $35–$50/hour DOE + performance-based commission

Part-time to start (Mon–Fri, 10am–3pm) | Full-time potential

We are a fast-growing 3PL fulfillment company looking for a true sales leader.

You must have real experience bringing in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics clients — and be ready to produce results right away.

NO training. NO learning curve. We need someone who has done this before and can do it again, now.

You Must:

Have 3+ years of direct 3PL/logistics sales experience

Know how to bring in new clients immediately

Be able to build a full sales strategy and department

Work on-site in Corona, CA (some travel for client meetings/trade shows)

Have strong communication, proposals, and closing skills

What You’ll Do:

Use your existing relationships to bring in business fast

Build a sales pipeline and close new accounts

Set up long-term strategy for consistent monthly growth

Work directly with the leadership and operations team

Compensation:

$35–$50/hour depending on experience

Commission available for qualified accounts after 3 months of billing

Opportunity for full-time salary + bonus after proven performance
