Property Manager/Property Supervisor for Single Family Home and Multi Family Buildings – Full Time

NOT an onsite position. We have an opening for a full time Property Manager in fast growing property management company. We manage single family homes, condo’s, townhomes and smaller apartment buildings. You must have experience in managing independently owned single family homes, condos and townhomes.
Serving as main point of contact for tenants and landlords, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Under the direction of our Senior Property Manager,
Together with your assigned assistant and maintenance coordinator, oversee daily property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests and lease administration.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained
Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers for property rent ready turns.
Support senior management with property management tasks and special projects such as but not limited to preparing and posting notices, meeting with tenants to sign and explain leases, conducting move-in’s & move out’s, follow up with owners and tenants, respond to emails, phone calls and other inquiries…. A fast paced position.
Additionally, they must have exemplary customer service & communication skills, have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and take direction and have a high attention to detail and accuracy. We are looking for a team player who works well with others, superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
MUST have worked a minimum of 3 years as either an Assistant Property Manager and/or a Property Manager in a SINGLE FAMILY, CONDO and TOWNHOME RESIDENTIAL Property Management Office.
MUST have a valid California Drivers License and clean driving record.
MUST be proficient in Winforms/CAR forms and Docusign or similar software program.
HELPFUL: Experience with Appfolio Property Management Software
HELPFUL: Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
Compensation depending on experience - $25-$27 per hour
