Some of the duties to be performed by applicant:
-Communicate with borrowers about the status of their loan application, including any required documentation or information needed to complete the application process.
- Contact potential clients on CRM, make appointments, and assist with organizing leads.
- Assist the loan officer in completing application for borrower, conducting complete loan document collection from borrower, agents and brokers.
- Organize and maintain loan files, including documentation related to loan applications, underwriting, and loan servicing.
-Assist with loan servicing tasks such as processing payments, answering borrower questions, and providing customer service.
-Ensure that all loan applications and loan processing activities are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
-Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and responding to emails and phone calls.
Applicant must have the following:
-Ability to work in our Redlands, Ca office (no remote applicants please)
-Active California Real Estate License
-Must have 4 years of experience
-Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Must be a team player
-Must have a positive attitude
