We are need of a candidate that can join our Coordinator team, this individual would need to have a “traffic” background and familiar with understanding customer routing guides and customer routing compliance.

Accustomed to working in an office environment-
Accustomed to meeting customer deadlines-
Computer knowledge and experience required-
Knowledge of shipping documents (BOL, Manifests, etc.)-
Ability to create BOL’s a plus.-
Experience working with Port to arrange delivery of containers a plus.-
Candidates who have worked in Traffic or Dispatching a plus.-
Candidates who are familiar customer routing guides a plus.-
Experienced accessing carrier portals (trucking companies) for rate searching.-
Professional conduct and accustomed to heavy phone use.-
Experience speaking with carriers via phone and computer.-.
Ability to work and speak with warehouse and sales personnel daily.-
