We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Transcribe documents and ensure accuracy of information
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with special projects or events as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling, email, and data entry
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Must be Bilingual
