Office Assistant or Manager

This position includes sales coordination, computer entry, filing, responding to customer inquiries and requests, managing a small business's day-to-day administration, coordinating schedules with our service technicians, and preparing shipments for delivery.

General computer skills are required. Experience and competence using software such as Excel, Word, Google Calendar, Sheets, & Data, and QuickBooks (our accounting software) is desired. We will provide training in our specific applications.

Honesty, reliability, self-motivated, hard worker, willingness to learn, and flexibility are at the top of our list of qualifications.

This position could lead to a full-time position.

This could be a long-term position (retirement program) in a semi-relaxed atmosphere with work hours during the week (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm). We say "Manager" because this is an opportunity to grow with the company, based on your desire and abilities.
