Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing office supplies, and assisting with both internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
Manage office calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Organize and maintain office filing systems (digital and physical)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary
Prepare, proofread, and format documents and reports as required
Assist with payroll, invoicing, and general bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Assist with event coordination and other special projects as needed
Collaborate with other departments to support company initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
