We are a Insurance and Accounting office seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office / Executive Assistant. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. As the Office / Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: organizing and handling correspondence, maintain executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements along with any other paperwork related to executive. Prepare documents, reports, process payments, applications, as well as act as a point of contact / liaison between executives and other business entities, vendors, and fellow employees. Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Our office does interact with the public therefore must be okay with interacting with customers via phone, text, e-mail and in person.

Requirements:

- Bilingual

- Word

-Excel

- Friendly personality

- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Proactive

- Willing to learn

- Knowledge in Book keeping preferred

- Knowledge in Quick books preferred

Compensation: $18 to start and will be raised after a 3 month review of performance.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
