Job Title: Ballot Support Clerk

Location: San Bernardino, Ca 92415

Pay Rate: $21.86 Per/Hour

Scheduled date:8am-5pm (must be flexible to work overtime)

Summary:

The Ballot Support Clerk is responsible for various tasks related to the preparation, operation of election-related equipment. They also perform quality assurance, review election materials/ballots for accuracy, and provide support in the logistics process. The ideal candidate should possess intermediate to advanced computer skills and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, operate election-related equipment. (loading ballets into machines)

- Proofread election materials/ballots for accuracy and quality.

- Review and perform quality assurance checks for various election materials, equipment, and processes.

- Perform related warehouse duties as required.

- Complete paperwork associated with the recording of election materials.

- Inventory

- Assist in training staff on department processes and procedures.

Requirements:

- Must have recent Clerk/Office Assistant experience.

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

- Intermediate/advanced computer skills.

- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively both orally and in writing.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment continuously for long periods of time.
