The House Manager is responsible for the supervision of sober living guests to assist in providing a safe, supportive, and caring sober environment to promote healthy well-being, encouragement, and safety.
Responsibilities
Daily inspection of house and follow up with guests to ensure enforcement of house and program rules at all times, including but not limited to, chores done, rooms clean, beds made, house clean, etc.
Ensure all vacant rooms are move in ready, and overall cleanliness of house and supplies are up to company standards
Observe and report any issues to direct supervisor. We do not put House Managers in a position to give consequences.
Facilitate weekly house meeting to discuss internal conflicts, review house rules, etc.
Conduct random drug testing, which includes direct observation, reviewing and reporting onsite test results and/or urine collection procedures for laboratory analysis.
Perform routine and random room searches to ensure safe property.
Additional duties may be required if deemed necessary by administration.
