What does a JCA/Manager do with SPS Inc.?
- Enter job costing and perform data inputting in QuickBooks
- Account receivable/ accounts payable, forecasting
- Monitor financial processes and oversee expenditures for accuracy.
- Prepares checks and documentation for vendors and tradespeople.
- Produces reports from Quick books and other industry specific software.
- Processes payroll, reports, prevailing wage experience is a plus.
- Maintains good customer relations to detect and resolve issues and concerns.

Skills Desired of Team Member:
- Minimum of two years of current Quickbooks experience.
- Organized and appreciates a fast-paced environment
- Is tech-savvy and able to learn new software systems
- Enjoys completing tasks and a stickler for the details
- Can review data and deductively think through what information might be missing
- Likes to create and follow systems while helping others to follow them as well
