Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, highlighting features and amenities.
Assist with the leasing process, including application processing, lease negotiations, and move-in orientations.
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with prospective residents to secure leases.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations.
Foster positive relationships with current residents to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Previous experience a + as a leasing consultant in Property Management.
Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective residents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in property management software preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!
