Receptionist position is responsible on assisting with day to day tasks and assignments. Must be customer service friendly, detail oriented, able to multitask, understand prioritization and reliable. Bilingual (English/ Spanish)

Answering Incoming Calls
Professionally Greet and Check-in Customers, Suppliers and Guests
Making Outbound Calls
Call Logs
Maintaining Front Desk, Lobby, Conference Room, Breakroom
Inventory and Supplies
Closure Notations
Supporting Sales Agent (as needed)
Inventory Control
Purchase Orders
Handle invoices, process payments, and manage financial records
Assist with Accounting Invoices
Assist with accurately entering data into the system
Events/ Meetings Coordinator
File Paperwork
Office Errands for Management
Handle Confidential and Sensitive information with utmost discretion and Professionalism
Miscellaneous tasks and/or projects not otherwise indicated
