Job description
We are one of California's largest supplier of prescription home medical equipment. Our products include oxygen therapy, ventilators, hospital beds, wound care, wheelchairs and much more. We provide this equipment to patients based on their physician’s orders. We've been serving patients throughout California since 1995.
We receive hundreds of calls each day for new orders and service. We are looking for team members that can provide quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The position:
We are seeking qualified customer service representatives to handle inbound calls. These calls are from hospitals, physician’s offices, and various other clinical facilities. In this position you will help them through the ordering process and provides status updates.
Who we’re looking for candidates with:
Clear and articulate communication skills
Strong work ethic
Spanish speaking is not required but preferred
Experience in telephone based customer service
