Full-Time customer service representative/receptionist position being offered within an independently owned auto body collision repair company.
Experience needed. Please do not respond if you do not have experience within the collision repair industry as this is not a training position.
We are looking for an energetic individual that takes pride in their position, a natural problem solver who has pleasant demeanor and is excited to assist customers by being their advocate. An experienced customer service representative who works well with others within a team environment, proactively engages with the customer, has strong phone skills and can adhere to standard operating procedures.
Must have collision industry experience in:
Customer Service, Data Entry, Scheduling, File Documentation, Repair Order Creation, Reconciliation and Closing. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit Posting. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Bi-lingual and proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred but not required. Proficient in CCC ONE required.
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license. Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders. Adapts easily to fast-paced environment. Maintain a well-groomed appearance.
