Our office has an opening for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to assist in the day-to-day activities by performing various administrative duties.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have knowledge and proficient in general office procedures and use of office equipment.
Must be proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organized
Able to perform task on their own, comfortable to take responsibilities without having to be continually directed.
At least 2 years experience in office administrative duties
Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform tasks.
Possesses good verbal and written skills
Ability to multitask several assignments simultaneously.
Construction industry experience is a plus but not necessary
Spanish speaking is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Maintain paper and electronic filing
Answer incoming calls. Make outbound calls to homeowners and potential clients
Scheduling appointments with potential clients
Maintain appointment calendars
Maintain project records and data base
Maintain and update project trackers via Excel
Submitting estimates, invoices and other daily correspondence
Provide assistance to managers
